Historic Renovation Experience

Historic Renovation Experience

The Sinclair Hille team has more than 37 years of experience in the renovation of historically significant structures. It was the critical foundation of our firm's early years and is ingrained to this day in the philosophy of our practice. Our appreciation and love for these 'grand' structures is both sincere and resolute. Each wall or surface that we touch is viewed with the utmost care and concern, to assure that the modifications we make are 'true' and 'respectful' to the character and history of the original structure.

One of our firm’s core values is focused on Environmental Stewardship. This concept of sustainability is directly linked to the ‘stewardship’ and ‘preservation’ of our historic building infrastructure, as both an economic resource and a social responsibility. Our design approach is interwoven with our recognition of and appreciation for our commitment to preserve and embellish these most significant community resources.

The design team from Sinclair Hille were sensitive to the unique needs of our business model and incorporated our requests within the overall design of our branch facility, a facility that was built not only for the needs of the bank branch today, but, also, with flexibility for what future demands might be.  We are extremely happy with the end product and appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail of the team from Sinclair Hille Architects.
