In collaboration with the owner, Sinclair Hille designed the ultimate luxury experience, emphasizing breathtaking vistas through extensive custom design. Each space was crafted with exceptional care and curated details.

Highlights include:
• Two-Story Living Room: Featuring a balcony from the primary suite.
• Den with Hidden Room: Cleverly concealed under the stairs.
• Warm White Oak Cabinetry: Adding a touch of softness.
• Twenty-Foot-Tall Fireplace: Finished with porcelain slabs and built-in speakers on either side of the firebox.
• Smart Home Integration: Pre-set lighting and audio scenes for ease of use, with app-controlled systems for remote management.
