Hamilton Hall

Sinclair Hille Architects, in association with CRB, were selected to provide professional design services for renovation of 25,500 square feet of existing laboratory space on the 3rd Floor of Hamilton Hall. Services include Master Planning & Program Verification, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Bidding and Construction Administration for three separate phases of the 3rd Floor Renovation which includes an East Wing, North Wing and South Wing.

Phase I, creates a new state-of-the-art Organic Chemistry Laboratories, a new student lounge, common areas and collaboration space for both Graduate and Undergraduate Students. A new multi-purpose classroom to support the labs is also included in the project. The total anticipated construction costs for the project is approximately $7,500,000.

Renovations will include abatement of hazardous materials, demolition, replacement of HVAC, plumbing and electrical, telecommunications and code-related modifications needed to correct life-safety, accessibility and plumbing code deficiencies.

I appreciate the ability of the Sinclair Hille Team to listen when designing a project for our campus. They have a great design process to engage faculty and staff to explore ideas, dream and then share their recommendations.
