Sinclair Hille Architects provided architectural design services for the renovation of Barry’s Bar & Grill in downtown Lincoln, Nebraska. The project included a new building façade, the addition of 10 Below nightclub with a dance floor, and a rooftop bar, transforming the venue into a multi-level destination for dining, entertainment, and gathering.
Drawing inspiration from the industrial character and warehouse heritage of the surrounding Haymarket district, the renovation blended the area’s historic character with the energy of a contemporary restaurant and nightlife destination. Barry’s reopened just in time for the 2012 University of Nebraska–Lincoln Husker football season, contributing to the continued vitality of downtown Lincoln
