NeighborWorks® Lincoln

Antelope Creek Village

NeighborWorks® Lincoln engaged Sinclair Hille Architects to design Antelope Creek Village, a new townhome and mixed-use development located within the eastern portion of the Antelope Valley Redevelopment area. Following an initial study, the project advanced in two phases, with eighteen townhomes developed as Phase I and a three-story mixed-use building planned as Phase II. Supporting NeighborWorks® Lincoln’s core mission of sustainable homeownership, all residential units within the development are owner-occupied homes.

The Phase I townhomes are organized in groups of three and draw architectural inspiration from the surrounding neighborhoods, referencing styles such as Colonial Revival, Queen Anne Victorian, and Arts and Crafts. Three floor plan options include two- and three-bedroom layouts, all with attached garages and select units featuring basements. Brick and horizontal siding define the exterior façades, while generous front porches—designed to accommodate porch swings—create a welcoming street presence. Vehicular access is provided via rear alleys and shared auto courts paved with pervious concrete, and each home will utilize a geothermal heat pump system with provisions for future rooftop solar panels.
