Graybull Clubhouse & Party Barn

Nestled in the rugged beauty of Nebraska’s Sandhills, the GrayBull Clubhouse is thoughtfully designed to sit in quiet harmony with its surroundings. A wood-clad exterior and long, low roofline allow the building to settle naturally into the rolling grasslands, preserving uninterrupted views and complementing the expansive horizon in every direction.

Inside, the clubhouse offers a warm and distinctive rustic character inspired by the region’s ranching heritage. Wood ceilings and walls, paired with accents of aged metal, create an atmosphere that feels both refined and authentic. At its heart is the club dining room and bar—a lively gathering space where meals are served throughout the day and panoramic views of the course are framed through large picture windows.

From the dining room, guests can step onto an expansive, covered wraparound deck positioned at one of the highest points on the property. Designed for dining, relaxation, and social connection, the deck places visitors at the edge of the landscape, offering an unforgettable setting to eat, drink, and take in the Sandhills.

The Party Barn extends GrayBull’s hospitality experience with a more casual, social atmosphere rooted in the same architectural language as the clubhouse. Wood-clad exteriors and a low, horizontal profile allow the structure to blend seamlessly into the surrounding terrain, reinforcing a consistent visual identity across the property.

Inspired by the region’s ranching heritage, the interior embraces a relaxed, rustic character ideal for gatherings and events. The space is designed to bring people together—whether for post-round celebrations, private functions, or informal evenings—offering a flexible environment that balances comfort, durability, and understated elegance.

The member cottages provide a private retreat experience, thoughtfully dispersed across the landscape to maintain a sense of openness and connection to the Sandhills. Each cottage reflects the same commitment to harmony with the environment, with wood-clad materials and low rooflines that echo the forms of the surrounding buildings.

Inside, the cottages offer a warm, welcoming atmosphere that combines rustic character with elevated comfort. Designed for rest and relaxation, these spaces give guests a quiet place to unwind while remaining closely connected to the broader GrayBull experience.
