Sinclair Hille Architects is proud to have been selected for Aragon Tavern, a distinguished restaurant in Downtown Lincoln, Nebraska, within the Lied Place Residential Tower.  Dedicated to showcasing the exquisite flavors of Certified Piedmontese Beef, and drawing inspiration from the Piedmontese bull, Aragon, this venue is a stunning example of culinary artistry and architectural elegance.

The project highlights Sinclair Hille’s expertise in restaurant interior renovation within vibrant urban settings like Downtown Lincoln, Nebraska.

Aragon Tavern offers an intimate dining and cocktail bar experience designed to evoke warmth and comfort. The interior features a thoughtful selection of materials—rich woods of hickory, natural stones, and luxurious leather finishes—that create an inviting, upscale atmosphere. With a seating capacity of 48 in the restaurant and bar area, complemented by an additional 24 seats on the streetside patio, guests can savor their experience in a secluded and serene setting.
