New Hudl Headquarters

architectural rendering of Hudl headquarters mixed-use office building in Lincoln Nebraska showing prominent Hudl logo and West Haymarket context

The Hudl International Headquarters is a seven-story mixed-use building in Lincoln, Nebraska, offering dynamic retail and office space building. This project continues the expansion of the new West Haymarket Development and, upon completion, will enhance the vibrancy of the Canopy Street area. At a cost of approximately $35 million, the 170,000 s.f. building will be one of the largest office buildings constructed in Lincoln’s core in several years. As the primary tenant, Hudl will occupy the top four floors of the building, and Nelnet, another leading Nebraska-based company, will occupy the second floor. The building was designed to showcase the dynamic culture of the innovative sports software company and will include a partially-enclosed seventh floor offering a company cafeteria, game room, rooftop patio, and green space.

The project highlights Sinclair Hille Architects’ expertise in mixed-use urban development and workplace design within Lincoln’s rapidly growing West Haymarket district.
