Lied Place Residences

Lied Place is a 20-story residential tower located on one of Downtown Lincoln’s most prominent and historically challenging sites, directly across from the Lied Center for Performing Arts. In the early 1990s, when the City of Lincoln constructed a parking garage on the block, a narrow 33-by-164-foot parcel was reserved for a future mixed-use development. Nearly 25 years later, that long-held vision comes to fruition under the leadership of Tam Allan and Lied Place Development, LLC, transforming a constrained site into a skyline-defining landmark.

The tower features a ground-floor restaurant, multiple levels of office space, and 40 luxury condominiums oriented to capture expansive views of the city. Residences overlook Memorial Stadium, Pinnacle Bank Arena, Haymarket Park with seasonal fireworks, and the Nebraska State Capitol. Sinclair Hille Architects provides interior architecture for the project, using drone photography integrated into 3D modeling to accurately portray the real-world views featured in video fly-throughs.

At the top of the tower, the Lied Place Penthouse Residence offers the ultimate luxury living experience in Lincoln. Designed in close collaboration with the owner, the penthouse emphasizes breathtaking vistas through extensive custom detailing, including a dramatic two-story living room with a lofted primary suite, a den with a hidden room beneath the stair, warm white oak cabinetry, and a striking 20-foot-tall porcelain slab fireplace with integrated speakers. Smart home technology allows lighting and audio scenes to be preset and controlled remotely, resulting in an elegant, warm, and airy residence that rivals luxury condominiums in America’s most sought-after cities.
