Adjacent to the Echo Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Omaha, Nebraska, is an apartment complex with five buildings in the Echo Hills Neighborhood. Located north of the commercial corridor, residents can enjoy access to the restaurants and retail in the growing district.
There are a total of 352 apartments which include studios, one bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center, pet wash station, crafting room and outdoor pool. Enclosed within the largest of the four buildings are 90 apartment units with an underground parking garage.
The preliminary design for all four buildings was provided by the owner. Sinclair Hille Architects collaborated on the exterior design of the apartment complex which features brick and a horizontal siding façade that complements the characteristics of the single-family housing neighborhood to the north and west of the project site and the Echo Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care facility.
