Sandhills Global

Cyber Center Office Building

The Sandhills Global Cyber Center is a 50,000-square-foot, two-story office building recognized with the Excellence in Architecture, People’s Choice Award by AIA Nebraska in 2018. Designed with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and long-term performance, the building achieved LEED Gold Certification through the U.S. Green Building Council, reflecting Sandhills Global’s commitment to sustainability and responsible growth.

The project highlights Sinclair Hille’s expertise in corporate office building design that prioritizes performance, sustainability, and long-term flexibility.

The open floor plan was thoughtfully planned to support flexibility and collaboration, providing a dynamic work environment for the building’s 244 employees. Adaptable workspaces allow teams to evolve as needs change, while state-of-the-art training rooms deliver the technology and infrastructure required to educate and support Sandhills Global’s expanding workforce. This approach supports a modern workplace environment designed to enhance collaboration, employee well-being, and organizational growth.

Serving as a central gathering space, the café features a full kitchen and opens directly onto an inviting outdoor patio. This indoor–outdoor connection creates a vibrant hub for daily meals, informal meetings, and hosted client events, reinforcing the building’s role as both a productive workplace and a welcoming destination. These shared spaces reinforce the importance of workplace amenities in contemporary commercial office environments.
