Natasha Pierce, Interior Design Associate celebrated 2 years with Sinclair Hille Architects on May 23, 2023. Natasha received her bachelor of science in design from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a minor in Business Administration.

Natasha’s favorite part of her career is the relationship she builds with clients. “I enjoy getting to know my clients on a personal basis to better understand their space’s needs and create a floor plan and palette that will benefit them and their team. I love creating a space that resembles the client and the puzzle of configuring each space for each unique client.”

When we asked Natasha what her favorite memory has been with SHA she said, “I’ve grown very fond of the sense of community our firm has between those working within the firm and the outreach we do. Each team member is valued throughout the entire design process, and I think that aspect is one of the keys to our firm’s and our project’s successes and sets us apart from other firms."
