Raymond Brothers Gains New Tenant

Historic Raymond Brothers building redevelopment at 801 O Street in Lincoln Nebraska’s Haymarket DistrictSinclair Hille Architects is working with BiC Construction on the redevelopment of the historic Raymond Brothers building at 801 O Street in Lincoln’s Haymarket District. Originally constructed in 1885, the project transforms the structure into a mixed-use development featuring residential condominiums above street-level commercial space.

Currently under construction, the redevelopment will include more than 8,000 square feet of first-floor commercial space and approximately 13 condominium units on the upper floors. The residences will range from 875 to 1,393 square feet and feature high ceilings, modern amenities, and access to a rooftop terrace overlooking downtown Lincoln.

Located directly east of the recently completed Schwarz Luxury Condos, the project continues the revitalization of historic buildings along O Street and supports the ongoing growth of Lincoln’s Haymarket neighborhood.

According to coverage by the Lincoln Journal Star, the redevelopment has already attracted interest from new tenants and contributes to increased residential activity that supports surrounding retail and restaurant businesses in the district.

The project team includes BiC Construction as general contractor and Engineering Technologies, Inc. providing interior MEP engineering services.
