Structural steel is up, and the vision is coming to life! Exterior sheathing and air barrier work are nearly wrapped, with interior framing and MEP rough-ins now underway. Next month, we’ll see the cladding go up and windows installed — including a bold glass curtain wall in the community commons and pops of color in the education wing. Big thanks to Sampson, Olsson, R.O. Youker and ETI for helping bring this design to life! Stay tuned as the exterior starts to truly take shape.
