Fallbrook Row Housing and Single Family Homes

Fallbrook is a premier New Urbanism community in northwest Lincoln, Nebraska, designed to blend the charm of a traditional small-town main street with modern amenities. At the heart of the neighborhood is the Town Center, featuring restaurants, shops, and offices, all designed by Sinclair Hille Architects.

A major focus of the development is its thoughtfully designed residential neighborhoods. Sinclair Hille played a key role in bringing the community’s housing vision to life, including the design and documentation of over 50 single-family homes that reflect timeless architectural character.

One of the signature residential offerings is the row housing development, modeled after historic brownstones in cities like New York and Boston. Positioned between the Town Center and surrounding neighborhoods, these upscale, three-story residences help transition the scale from commercial spaces to traditional bungalows. The project includes 30 units, each approximately 2,300 square feet, with four plan options and custom exterior finishes. Each home features a rooftop patio and private double garage, offering a modern, connected lifestyle within steps of dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Sinclair Hille was also responsible for overall master planning oversight, including residential areas, New Urbanism design elements, and updates to the development’s comprehensive plan as needed.
