In a remarkable achievement, Sinclair Hille Architects is proud to announce the 30th anniversary of Loree Pospisil, Business Manager, and Associate Principal with the firm. Loree's journey is a testament to her dedication, adaptability, and instrumental role in the growth of Sinclair Hille Architects.

Loree's career commenced at Buckley's Office Equipment, where her early exposure to computers and various programming languages laid the foundation for her future success. Having studied at the Lincoln School of Commerce in the Executive Secretarial and Accounting program, she quickly became proficient in computer languages such as Fortran, Basic, Cobal, and DOS, which she describes as opening up a "whole different world" for her.

In 1993, with a burgeoning interest in business administration, Loree applied for the Business Manager position at Sinclair Hille Architects while completing her bachelor's degree at Doane College. Despite initial apprehension due to her background in retail, Loree's extensive computer experience set her apart during the interview process.

Reflecting on that pivotal moment, Loree recalls feeling a connection with the people and the innovative office environment, stating, "Wow, I want to work here." Shortly after the interview, she received an immediate job offer, marking the beginning of her impactful journey with Sinclair Hille.

Assigned the responsibility of managing the books, Loree saw an opportunity to transition the firm from manual to electronic systems. She seized the chance to "whip things into shape," showcasing her determination and forward-thinking approach.

When asked about her favorite memory at Sinclair Hille, Loree fondly reminisced about being offered the opportunity to become a stockholder in 2002. She also expressed excitement about the transition to the Wind2 accounting system and the automation of various processes, highlighting her commitment to keeping the firm on the cutting edge of industry practices.

"What I enjoy most about my job is having things balance and in alignment and being the 'go-to' person to figure things out," says Loree. "Everything has to balance; there is no grey area, it is either right or wrong."

As Sinclair Hille Architects celebrates this significant milestone in Loree's career, the firm extends heartfelt thanks for her dedication, hard work, and commitment, which have played an integral role in its success and growth. Congratulations, Loree, on reaching this meaningful milestone with Sinclair Hille Architects.
