Angela Barry is an Associate and the Business Development and Marketing Manager at Sinclair Hille Architects, where she leads the firm’s marketing and business development efforts with creativity and strategic vision. Drawing on years of experience running her own neighborhood grocery business, as well as leading marketing for engineering and healthcare organizations, Angela brings a unique blend of business acumen, relationship-building, and storytelling to every project. She is passionate about connecting people, fostering partnerships, and sharing the firm’s expertise and innovative approach with clients and communities alike.

What is one thing you can’t live without?

What I can’t live without isn’t just one thing—it’s my family and our sweet little goldendoodle, Bristol (aka “Kitty”). They’re my daily joy, my grounding force, and the reason I know what truly matters in life.

What is one thing on your bucket list you’re excited to check off?

One thing on my bucket list I’m excited to check off? My husband and I are planning a trip to New Mexico to see the annual hot air balloon festival. I’m terrified of heights, but this is one fear I’m willing to conquer… and if I happen to float away, well, at least I’ll go out soaring in style!

What’s your favorite part of the design process?

While I’m not a designer myself, being part of an architecture firm gives me a front-row seat to something truly incredible. My favorite moment is at the very beginning, when a client comes to us with a need and our architects and interior designers start solving the puzzle. Watching them work is amazing—how they take complex challenges and, with years of practice, make solutions look effortless never ceases to impress me. Seeing how they transform a client’s vision into a space that truly works is inspiring, and it’s a privilege to support and share in that process.
